Black Royal

Black Royal (Checkmate x Ricol x Shogun) is a maternal half-brother of the recently added Skymaster, this time with Checkmate as his sire. With highly impressive lifetime production and outstanding cows in his maternal line, he is built on a solid, reliable, and refreshing foundation.

His dam, Hennie 63, is one of the fastest 100,000 kg cows in the Netherlands - she achieved this in under 2,700 days! Her lifetime production is now approaching 140,000 kg, at just 11.5 years of age. His grand dam, Hennie 49 (s. Shogun), is of the same calibre, a dual 100,000 kg and 10,000 kg components cow. Further back in the maternal line, multiple cows have exceeded 80,000 kg lifetime production. Both his dam and grand dam are still in production.

Grand sire Ricol (Mascol x Olympic x Ronald) is a breeding product from the breeder’s own stud, with a pedigree that includes Mascol x Olympic x Ronald. Longevity is firmly embedded in this family! Black Royal is a stylish, black bull with excellent legs.
