Poky van 't Zandeind

Poky is a Polly son out of an Abruti dam from the famous Clarisse cow family of the Van ’t Zandeind breeding stud. For more than 25 years, K.I. Samen has been purchasing bulls from Van ’t Zandeind, and all the bulls we have tested show the same consistent picture: easy calvings and fast-growing calves.

Sire Polly originates from the well-known Van de Blomsteeg breeding farm, where K.I. Samen has sourced several other bulls as well. Polly was a very popular bull in the beef-on-dairy segment, with over 57,000 offspring. Here too, calving ease was combined with excellent calf growth. Jordy, Bjorn, Joes and Mobi from Van ’t Zandeind are still all producing semen at K.I. Samen.

Poky scores 4 out of 5 stars for calving ease and 5 out of 5 for growth. He is the half-brother of Presley from the same family.
