Becfin is a well-built, averaged-sized bull, with three successive bulls in his pedigree who have all produced remarkably good cows. Daughters by these three sires all shone in milk production, components and longevity.
Becfin's dam is Pastelle, who produced more than 55,000 kg of milk with more than 3.55% protein on average - and that on a grass ration! Pastelle is kept on a dairy farm that produces milk for Comte cheese, and this herd is only permitted a ration of grass and hay. This constraint makes the production figures even more amazing. The first daughters by Becfin are of an average size and have good conformation with every good udders.
Becfin gives an average maternal calving process and is an outcross within the Montbeliarde breed. He also improves the muscling of his daughters. Use him with confidence, as many French farmers have gone before you.
