About Orlov van Knokke
Orlov was acquired from his breeders, the de Muynck family in Westkappelle. A family who are known for breeding heavy cows with good conformation. One of these superior cows was Vicky Ter Kepper (90.6 lin.), the great granddam of Orlov. She had many qualities which she passed on to her descendants. The resemblance to her granddaughter is striking: body length, width and muscularity with more than sufficient stature. Orlov and his dam have also both inherited these traits. Orlov also has correct feet and legs. The combination of these qualities with outcross bloodlines (no Imperial, Adajio or, Panache), means that Orlov comes highly recommended!
